The 6th Annual Wintershines SnowCycle is a ride of ~10, 20, 25, 37.5km or 50km, and this year will take place exclusively out at the new St Barbe (Man of the Trees) Winter Fat Bike Trail Network at the SW edge of the City Limits near Cedar Villa. None of the trails in the winter fat bike park are particularity technical but we will offer two route options: Purple course will contain more twisty single-track (24in wide) requiring a bit more balance and an Orange course (24-48in wide) that allows bypassing portions of the tighter single-track – please mix and match as you like.
THIS IS NOT A TIMED EVENT/RACE – rather the focus is on exposing more folks to recreational winter fat bike riding in a fun social participation focused event. We will have several leaders for various speeds and abilities and you can link up with the group that meets your fitness and experience if you like or just ride at your own pace or with a pal.
